Project Role :Application Lead
Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.

Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues.

Provide guidance and advisory support to team members on technical aspects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of application development efforts.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Scrum methodology.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.

Proven track record of successful application development projects.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
