Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact as a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in TeamConnect. You will play a key role in developing, customizing, and maintaining TeamConnect applications, along with supporting Java-based enterprise solutions. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop, configure, and customize TeamConnect solutions to meet business requirements.- Design and implement Java-based components and integrations within the TeamConnect framework.- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure quality and performance.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within TeamConnect and associated Java modules.- Maintain and enhance existing TeamConnect configurations and workflows.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Develop reports, dashboards, and other tools within TeamConnect using Java and related technologies. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in TeamConnect (Mitratech) platform (development and/or configuration) along with JAVA- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.- Experience with application design patterns and best practices.- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.- This position is based in Pune.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
