Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the needs of stakeholders effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:Platform Management:Oversee the UiPath Platform life cycle, pick up backlog items and ensure compliance with IT (security) standards.Collaboration and Consultation:Work with the team and business domains to meet the platform requirements, participate in design reviews, adhering to the platform standards and help professionalize the UiPath Community.Future Fit:Help identify, implement and build new innovative solutions from the UiPath Suite or similar tooling.Testing and Analysis:Conduct process automation testing, analyse results and improve overall product performance.Monitoring and Incident Resolution:Monitor systems, interpret alerts and help resolve incidents.Building and Maintenance:Build, enhance and maintain tooling and scripting to automate repetitive work or error prone tasks. Professional & Technical Skills:

Education and Certification:A Bachelors or masters degree, Advanced UiPath Certification.UiPath Expertise:In-depth and practical knowledge of UiPath Suite (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights, Apps, Document Understanding, Test Suite, etc.). This includes not only building automations, but also configuring environments from scratch and managing Orchestrators/Organizations and its resources.Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with Windows platforms, troubleshooting, databases and scripting (.NET/VB, Microsoft SQL, Postgres, Python). Proven experience with technical projects or building automations.Agile Experience:Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams within complex environments.Communication and Teamwork:Professional level of verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong team player with the ability to empower and challenge the team constructively.Personal Attributes:Flexible, result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and open mindset to exploring modern technologies and solving business problems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
