Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality applications that meet user needs and expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.- overseeing the technical aspects of SAP systems, ensuring their stability, performance, and security.

Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.- Strong understanding of system architecture and application integration.- Experience with database management and performance tuning.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Willingness to learn, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution- experience with SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues within a support environment.

Furthermore, they need to be proficient in areas like security, transport management, system monitoring, database management, operating systems, and networking.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.- This position is based in Chennai.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
