Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Good to have skills : NAMinimum 18 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems.- Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues.- Provide expert advice and guidance to team members on technical matters.- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.- Experience in configuring and implementing SAP FI S/4HANA modules.- Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems.- Hands-on experience in leading application development projects.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
