Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to ensure the applications are built to the highest standards. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM.- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.- Experience with integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules.- Familiarity with debugging and performance tuning of ABAP programs.- Knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
