Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Provide technical guidance and support to the team- Ensure project milestones are met Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- Strong understanding of CRM systems- Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM- Knowledge of CRM integration with other systems- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- This position is based at our Kolkata office- A completion of Btech is required Qualification Completion of Btech
