Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites Good to have skills : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Bachelors Summary :As an Application Lead for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with a team to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in AEM Sites to develop and implement solutions that meet client requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of AEM Sites solutions, ensuring successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications that meet client requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AEM Sites and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development. Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Java and related technologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Solid grasp of software development best practices and standards. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
