Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development.
- 5 years of experience in managing engineers.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform including SPM/PPM/CSM applications, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and platform scripting (e.g., JavaScript, GlideAPIs).
- Experience with reviewing codes and configurations, and contributing to architectural decisions.
- Experience in managing implementation partners or professional services vendors.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas to the team and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team and serve as its executive technical authority.
- Drive engineering delivery through participation in design reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning, ensuring solutions. Lead from the front, guide the platform's architecture, participate in design reviews, and solve the technical tests.
- Advocate the ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), partner on strategy and roadmap. Be responsible for building a new capability from the ground-up, ensuring the ServiceNow platform is utilized to its capabilities.
- Serve as the team's executive technical authority and guide best practices and make final architectural decisions.
- Recruit, interview, and hire technical talent to build the team.
