Application Engineer - MEA & RoA

Role Overview: As an Application Engineer for Circor Industrial Pumps MEA & RoA, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from receiving inquiries to order processing. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, and continuously improving internal standards and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Review and clarify customer requirements, proposing solutions based on the Circor product portfolio - Lead discussions on plant system configuration and design, providing technical advice on parameters, material selection, and more - Detail technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external interfaces, considering commercial aspects - Prepare technical and commercial quotations, revising based on customer feedback - Support field sales team and other sales channels in project negotiations and trade shows - Provide technical expertise to regional teams for special pumps and applications - Conduct trainings in pump and application technology - Interact with customers through phone, email, and in-person visits as needed - Contribute to operational excellence through continuous improvement of processes and tools Qualifications Required: - Excellent English language skills - Proficiency in MS Office programs, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Customer-oriented with a positive and communicative personality - Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent education with at least 3 years of experience in application engineering or sales support - Technical experience in rotating equipment or fluid handling equipment is advantageous,
