Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Application Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience, located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM FileNet ECM Tools and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain technical documentation for IBM FileNet ECM Tools.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Utilize good communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IBM FileNet ECM Tools.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in IBM FileNet ECM Tools is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM FileNet ECM Tools.
Strong educational background in computer science or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Full-time graduate with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
