As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks related to the installation, testing, servicing, and customer support for our IGBT-based Power converters. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a cutting-edge industry and develop essential skills while contributing to our mission of ensuring power quality for our clients. Major Responsibilities: Installation & Testing Conduct Power Quality Studies to assess and improve the quality of power. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of IGBT-based Power converters. Perform system studies and single-line diagram analysis. Prepare comprehensive study reports for documentation. Servicing Address customer issues through periodic visits, ensuring their satisfaction with our products. Carry out Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services to maintain product performance. Promptly respond to and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of service quality. Skills and Experiences: BE \ BTech in EEE. Freshers Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. Technical expertise in power electronics and power quality solutions. Detail-oriented and capable of preparing accurate study reports. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
