Projects Manager

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project schedules for timely execution. Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project completion. Handle payment collection, cash flow management, budgeting, and cost control . Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. Assist management in securing approvals from State/Central Government (Pollution, Power, Water, etc.). Work closely with the purchase team, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline execution. Oversee risk management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication . Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for management. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at all stages. Lead and mentor project teams to enhance efficiency and productivity. Minimum 5+ years of field experience in erection, testing, and commissioning of MV equipment (Capacitors, Reactors, CT, PTs, LA, C&R Panels, Switchyards, etc.). Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
