Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide technical assistance to customer/ EIN service team on process issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve moulding defects

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

Train customer - operators and production members
Training to service engineers on machine operations & best practices

Support to Sales team members

Support sales team on technical specification while handling complex project
Manage process transfer projects from development to production.

Managing technical center

Handling customer mould trial and reports.
Providing optimized solutions on right machine equipment selection after mould trials.
Maintaining machines installed in technical centre with service engineer support

Interaction / communication with headquarter at ENGEL Austria or ENGEL China.
