Description
As a Java React JS Developer - Staff Consultant at our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing User Interface using Java related technologies such as React JS/Node JS, Type Script/Java Script, and Micro-Frontend Design Pattern. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products and enhance the existing systems within our micro services architecture. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining documentation of the architecture, including design patterns, best practices, and coding standards. In this position, you will be expected to debug, troubleshoot, and provide production support for applications based on Java. Ensuring high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in implementing automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of the development cycle. As part of your role, you will mentor and guide junior developers on architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Additionally, you will provide 2nd Line support for deployment in production. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development are required for this position. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and deploying applications using Java, React JS, Node JS, TypeScript/JavaScript, Micro Frontend Design Pattern, and UX/UI Design. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as database systems (both SQL and NoSQL), is essential. Experience in Message oriented Middleware (MoM) technologies such as MQ and Kafka, along with implementing Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), is also desired. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
