Strategic Stakehoder Engagement and Innovative Coding Soutions: Drive key discussions with your stakehoders and anayze the current andscape for opportunities to operate and code creative soutions. Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise Aign Case for Change and Change Management strategy to overa organizationa/project goas Appy Organization Change Management (OCM) framework, methodoogy and toos to create a change strategy to support adoption of the changes Conduct organization impact anaysis and enterprise redesign strategies emerging out of arge-scae transformation/business mode innovation/digita transformation/gobaization initiatives and identify key stakehoders Preferred technica and professiona experience Ensure high quaity and timey execution of communication pans and strategies by on-time design and deveopment of quaity communication coateras - Maiers/ newsetters/ posters/ fyers etc. Support training efforts by managing the deveopment and depoyment of training materias using effective training channes Work with key stakehoders to estabish and maintain the commitment necessary to address workforce transition chaenges that might arise and impement change deiverabes
