Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and contribute to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions- Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components- Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
