Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance and successful outcomes.
• Take responsibility for team decisions and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within your team and across other teams.
• Lead and mentor junior professionals to enhance team capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
• Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development, SAP Adobe/Adobe Interactive Development, SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA), and SAP ABAP Web Dynpro.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration.
• Experience in developing custom solutions using SAP ABAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex SAP programs.

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development is required.
• This position is based in Nagpur.
• A 15-year full-time education is required.
