Must have skills : Workday Core Integrations, Workday Studio Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core Integrations. Your typical day will involve working with Workday Studio and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Core Integrations using Workday Studio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design solutions, and develop code to meet those requirements. Perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Studio. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, and Workday Financials. Strong understanding of Workday Core Integrations and related technologies. Experience with web services, XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies. Solid grasp of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies and version control systems. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
