Your typical day will involve analyzing business requirements, developing technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the analysis of business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that meet application and process requirements. Design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Business Requirements Analysis. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
