Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:SI Lead role owns overall project delivery including planning, team management, client coordination and support. This role required atleast18+ years experience in relavent domain expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:Leading custom development on the Salesforce.com platformHands-on design and development of custom solutions on the salesforce platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modelling, integration, and data migrationDesign Salesforce solutions that cross multiple business areas within clients environmentHaving a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM and CommerceManage the development backlog and pipeline, and set priorities based on business needsLead and guide internal and external development teams, and ensure that sound development principles are followedCollaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements, and ensure smooth communication and alignmentParticipate in peer code reviews and unit testing, and ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce applicationsProfessional & Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, nCino Bank Operating System.- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.- Experience in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions.- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.- Experience with Salesforce integration using SOAP and RESTful web services.- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Lightning Components.- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Mandatory requirements :Deep technical skillGood experience and expertise in large and complex SI programStrong client facing / presentation skillsGot good blend of solutioning skills
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.Qualification
