Summary

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to develop solutions and ensure applications align with business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration.
• Collaborate and manage the team to ensure performance and efficiency.
• Make key decisions regarding application development and team management.
• Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical business decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead and mentor junior professionals, fostering skill development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP Basis Administration.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must Have:

• Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and system architecture
• Experience in SAP system monitoring and performance tuning
• Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts
• Experience in SAP system upgrades and patching
