You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met Implement best practices for application development Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Peakon Employee Voice Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Experience in designing and developing applications Knowledge of cloud-based application development Familiarity with Agile methodologies Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Peakon Employee Voice This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
