Your typical day will revolve around creating solutions that align with business needs and ensuring seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions- Customize and configure CRM to integrate with other applications- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM applications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- Strong understanding of CRM customization and configuration- Experience in integrating CRM with other applications- Knowledge of CRM troubleshooting and issue resolution- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM data migration Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A Any btech education is required Qualification Any btech education
