Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Good to have skills : Microsoft 365 Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps developer, who is familiar with AI Builder and Co-Pilot. The candidate will take ownership for the whole end to end delivery, performing analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of large-scale case management application. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of applications on MS Dynamics/power platform and having reasonably good communication skills. This requires close collaboration with peer infrastructure teams, business function aligned teams and with business users. Roles & Responsibilities: Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand the requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan. Define Architecture and Design. Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function. Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports Responsible for setup, administration, and user training of the Dynamics – CE system Responsible for integrating AI Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments Help support release deployment and provide post production support Required Skills: Experience in – Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement Experience with Power Apps, Power automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net Experience of iterative / agile development practices Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Excellent communication skill Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
