Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Develop and maintain applications using PeopleSoft PeopleTools.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications.- Implement best practices for application development.- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
