Must have skills : Japanese Language Good to have skills : Program Project ManagementMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : minimum of 15 years of full time education Summary :As a Marketing & Communications Practitioner, you will provide expertise to support the execution of activities that contribute to building a powerful and differentiated global brand - at the corporate, industry, capability and geography levels. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's brand image and communicating its value proposition to various stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and events.- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for brand positioning.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.- Assist in developing marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent writing and editing abilities.- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.- Familiarity with market research techniques.- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
