You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop software solutions.- Design, develop, and test software applications using Broadcom CA Gen.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.- Provide technical support and guidance to team members.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Broadcom CA Gen.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications.- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Broadcom CA Gen.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
