You will work on developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and streamline processes. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.- Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TSM Backup Administration.- Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes.- Experience with storage management and data protection.- Hands-on experience in configuring and managing backup solutions.- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and implementation. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in TSM Backup Administration.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
