Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Design.- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.- Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.- Familiarity with testing and debugging processes to ensure application reliability. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Design.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
