You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud.- Customize and configure Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud.- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Experience with Salesforce integration and customization.- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and deployment.- Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and security best practices. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
