You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of the applications, as well as collaborating with the team to provide solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves designing and implementing software solutions, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in team discussions to contribute to the success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Design and develop high-quality software applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.- Knowledge of web services and API integration.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
