You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to meet specific business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications to ensure smooth functionality. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members for their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Experience in D365 Contact Center, Copilot Studio and Azure Open AI is preferred Strong understanding of CRM concepts and customization in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems for seamless data flow. Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework for customizing CRM applications. Hands-on experience in developing plugins, workflows, and custom activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
