You will be responsible for creating efficient and scalable software solutions that contribute to the success of our organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing user requirements, and developing high-quality code to deliver innovative applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design software solutions. - Develop high-quality code that meets business process and application requirements. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of applications. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. - Continuously enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with web application development using Java frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. - Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle. - Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
