Your typical day will involve working with SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical and SAP BTP Integration Suite to develop and integrate applications for our clients in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical and SAP BTP Integration Suite.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs.- Develop and integrate applications using SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical and SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring that best practices are followed and that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Packaged Application Development, SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical, and SAP BTP Integration Suite, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions and services. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong technical expertise in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.- Must To Have Skills:Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications using SAP BTP Integration Suite.- Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP modules such as SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and SAP Time Management.- Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud Integration.- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.- Experience in Agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical and SAP BTP Integration Suite.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
