Your day will involve creating innovative solutions to address specific business needs and collaborating with team members to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and implement software solutions using Japanese Language.- Collaborate with team members to design and build applications.- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.- Strong understanding of software development principles.- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.- Experience in developing and maintaining applications.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese Language.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
