Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities:Create Technical Specifications, Design and coding, create & execute test cases, Data Loading And set-up- Worked on extensively Baan IV and ERP LN, Development and Customizations:- 4GL Programming, SQLs, DAL usage- Strong in debugging, Trouble shooting by analyzing logs, traces, CGP- Multi-bshell programming, AFS Programming- Performance tuning, Indexing, Good Oracle DBA knowledge and bhsell drivers- Migration of software components and customizations across environments, Data refresh, sequential dumps- Building Interfaces to PLM and MES applications using flat files and web services,- Experience 'Baan Open world', BOIs and JDK, Infor web service- Unix shell scripting, Knowledge of BODs, BDEs (Extensions) and XML- Good communication and Interpersonal skills to work with the End Users and Business Leads.- Collaborate and lead meetings with Business community and technical consultants- Good Technical knowledge on ERP LN and BaaN Functional areas Manufacturing, Distribution, Warehousing and Finance Professional & Technical

Additional skill information:- Resource should have Unix Shell scripting, Bartender- integration of Infor LN using ION tool, Knowledge of BODs, BDEs (Extensions) and XML
