A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications while ensuring that all development aligns with best practices and organizational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.Test Strategy & Planning
Define and own the end-to-end test strategy and test plan for GCP-based Data Warehouse initiatives.Identify testing scope across data ingestion (batch/real-time), transformations, DWH layers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and BI/reporting outputs.Establish test approaches for data reconciliation, data quality, regression, performance, and UAT.Test Design & Execution OversightDesign detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets for telecom data domains (Customer, Product, Billing, Usage/CDR, Revenue, Network).Define expected KPI outputs (e.g., ARPU, churn, revenue, NPS) and validate them against transformed data in BigQuery.Lead execution of functional, system integration, regression, and performance testing on GCP-native services.Coordinate with business stakeholders for UAT planning and execution.Data Validation & AutomationDrive SQL-based validation of datasets in BigQuery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Implement automated data quality checks using GCP-native tools (Dataform, Data Quality frameworks, Cloud Composer) or open-source frameworks (Great Expectations, dbt tests).Ensure lineage validation from source (OSS/BSS) GCP Data Lake (GCS) DWH (BigQuery) BI/Analytics.Team Leadership & CoordinationLead a team of test analysts/engineers, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress.Coordinate with data engineers, data modellers, and business analysts to resolve defects and ambiguities.Provide status reporting, metrics, and dashboards on testing progress and quality.Quality & Risk ManagementDefine entry/exit criteria for testing phases and enforce adherence.Identify risks and issues in data quality, pipelines, or reporting outputs, and drive mitigation.Ensure compliance with telecom data privacy/security standards and regulatory requirements.________________________________________
Qualifications & SkillsStrong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.Educational Background:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience:8–12 years in data warehouse testing, with at least 3–5 years as a Test Lead.Telecom Domain Expertise:Proven experience in validating telecom datasets "” Customer, Product, Order, Usage/CDR, Billing, Revenue, Network.GCP Technical
