The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks.This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence. SummaryIdeal candidates will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex green field implementations, transformations, and migrations. This role is critical for turning around troubled projects_requiring the ability to assess the current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans with minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWhile the business situation / problem is given you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging s GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle , and other providers. Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery:requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflowsProven experience in recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges. Demonstrated ability to restore delivery excellence.Manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-endincluding issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and execution of turnaround plans.Manage robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards.Successfully re-baselined delivery plans, managed risks and issues proactively, and realigned delivery commitments with client expectations to restore program health.Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), drove reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improved delivery quality through measurable KPIs.Built and maintained trust with internal and external stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement.Support Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence.Tracked and analysed key schedule, quality & financial metrics (Ex) SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, and budget compliance. Identified cost leakages and led commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives.Proactively identified delivery risks and implemented preventive or corrective actions. Skills:
Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) demonstrated through project implementationsStrong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects.

Additional Information:The candidate should have minimum 1315 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification Relevant platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain Platform etc.) A 15 years full time education is required.
