Summary:We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA FICO Senior Professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This role demands deep functional expertise (SME), strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive digital finance transformation across the enterprise.Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO modulesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutionsManage and mentor a team of SAP S/4 HANA FICO consultants and analystsOversee configuration, testing, and deployment of FICO functionalitiesEnsure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR)Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP best practicesConduct system audits and ensure compliance with financial regulationsProvide training and documentation for end-users and support teamsManage data migration using tools like LSMW and BDCCoordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams for project deliveryRequired Skills & Experience:10+ years of SAP S/4 HANA FICO experience, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementationsStrong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA)Deep understanding of integration points with SD, MM, HR modulesExperience with tools like SAP Solution Manager, Azure Dev Ops and PBI reporting toolFamiliarity with Investment Management and Project Systems is a plusExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teamsSoft SkillsStrategic thinker with a proactive mindsetStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesEffective communicator across technical and non-technical audiencesHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityEducation & CertificationsMasters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fieldSAP S/4 HANA FICO certification preferred
