Project Role :Application Developer
Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Must have skills :Edge Computing
Good to have skills :Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning, Embedded Linux App Development
Minimum 7.5 year of experience is required

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality applications that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:- Build and validate discrete event simulation models for manufacturing processes, including assembly lines, machining, and quality control, using Siemens Tecnomatix or Dassault DELMIA.-Perform throughput analysis to identify bottlenecks in production workflows and propose optimization strategies.-Conduct material flow analysis to reduce waste, optimize inventory levels, and improve production line efficiency.-Integrate with MES (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Apriso) or PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Enovia) to align with production and design workflows.-Develop simulation-based proposals to support manufacturing process improvements, such as line balancing or equipment utilization.-Present actionable insights to manufacturing teams and leadership to drive decision-making.Professional & Technical

-Expertise in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation or Dassault DELMIA, with hands-on experience in modelling manufacturing processes.-Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations in Automotive, Aerospace, CPG, or general Manufacturing, including assembly, machining, and quality control.-Proven experience in discrete event simulation, throughput analysis, and bottleneck identification, delivering measurable process improvements.-Ability to analyse complex production data and translate it into simulation models and actionable insights.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.- Good to Have
Skills:

-Familiarity with additional simulation tools like Flexsim or Anylogic for cross-domain applications.-Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, digital twins, or smart manufacturing systems.-Proficiency in programming languages like Python or MATLAB for custom simulation scripting or data analysis.Tooling / Platform Exposure:-Simulation Tools:Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Dassault DELMIA (e.g., DELMIA Quest).-Manufacturing Systems:Siemens Opcenter, Apriso, SAP ME, Rockwell FactoryTalk.-Data Analysis Tools:Python (Pandas, NumPy), MATLAB, Minitab.-CAD/CAE Tools:CATIA, NX, SolidWorks.Additional Info:-Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. -Certifications in simulation tools (e.g., Siemens Tecnomatix Certification) is preferred(Not mandatory).-This position is based at Bengaluru.-Candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience.

A BE BTech in MLAI Or BE BTech in any stream Post Graduation in MLAI is required.
