Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the applications function seamlessly and meet user expectations. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous improvement efforts, adapting applications based on user feedback and changing business needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus among stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.
