Project Role :Application Developer

Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary:The QA Automation Lead will oversee the quality assurance strategy for application testing, focusing on test automationframeworks, CI/CD integration, and test coverage across platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in automation scripting, tools like Selenium or Cypress, and managing QA teams to ensure product reliability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms.- Lead the development and execution of test strategies, plans, and scripts.- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define acceptance criteria and testing coverage.- Track defects and performance issues; ensure root cause analysis and resolution.- Mentor QA engineers and build a high-performing automation testing team.- Drive test coverage, scalability, and performance across test suites and environments.- Report QA metrics and recommend improvements based on data insights Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Selenium.- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
