Must have skills : OpenText ECM Tools Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :We are looking for an experienced OpenText xECM for SAP Consultant to support and enhance document and content management solutions within an SAP landscape. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in integrating OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, ensuring seamless document management, compliance, and automation across business processes. Roles & Responsibilities:- SAP & OpenText xECM Integration- Implement and configure OpenText xECM for SAP to enhance document management capabilities within SAP processes.- Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP MM, SD, FI, HR, PM, and other modules.- Deep understanding on the different SAP business object and there configuration related to XECM in SAP- Configure SAP ArchiveLink and ILM for document storage and lifecycle management.- Ensure smooth document retrieval via SAP GUI, Fiori, and WebUI.- SAP Process Optimization & Business Enablement- Work closely with SAP functional teams to embed OpenText xECM into business workflows (e.g., invoice processing, procurement, sales order management).- Support SAP business users by optimizing document-centric workflows, metadata models, and taxonomy. Professional & Technical Skills: - SAP Expertise:Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FI, HR, PM, and ILM for document-centric processes.- Experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, and SAP Business Workflow integration.- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA document management strategies.- OpenText Knowledge:Proficiency in OpenText Content Server, OTDS, Archive Server, and xECM administration.- Experience with SAP Fiori integration for document management.- Technical Skills (Preferred):Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP, Java, or O-Script for troubleshooting and customization.- Experience with cloud-based content management (AWS, Azure, or OpenText Cloud). Additional Information:- 7 years of experience in OpenText x ECM for SAP implementation, support, or consulting.- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required- Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Qualification 15 years full time education
