Must have skills : Solution Architecture, Identity Access Management (IAM) Good to have skills : NAMinimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Developer, you will be involved in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will revolve around creating solutions that align with business needs and application specifications. Roles & Responsibilities:- to lead the design and implementation of Omada Identity Suite while working closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and cloud engineers- To have a strong mix of technical leadership and business analysis, ensuring that IAM solutions align with enterprise security policies, compliance requirements, and business needs.- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the team in implementing innovative solutions- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure progress and address any challenges- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance team performance Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have experience in IAM solution architecture, business analysis, and implementation.- Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (Omada, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Saviynt, MIM).- Strong knowledge of cloud IAM security specially with Azure.- Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into IAM solutions.- Experience integrating IAM with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and DevSecOps workflows.- Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript/AJAX for IAM automation.- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, SSO, MFA, API security, and cloud identity federation.- Experience with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Willingness to learn and upskill in Omada Identity Suite, with vendor support and training. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in IAM Solution Architecture- While prior Omada experience is preferred, we are open to upskilling IAM professionals with expertise in SailPoint, ForgeRock, Saviynt, or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
