Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and ensuring applications align with business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead application development projects- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance- Implement best practices for application design and development Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP- Strong understanding of application development principles- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications- Knowledge of SAP integration and customization- Hands-on experience with SAP modules and functionalities Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP- This position is based at our Kolkata office- A SYNITI education is required Qualification SYNITI
