Summary:As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.TypeScript, React JS, Redux, Core and Modern JavaScript, Next JS, Server Actions, Accessibility, Unit testing, Azure WebApp, Debugging and problem-solving skills, team leading skills, Analysis, and requirement refinement skills, Knowledge on different Front-End systems design patterns and systems, Component-based architecture, Performance optimization, Responsive design, Testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Version control, Cloud deployments, Agile development Nodejs JavaScript Typescript, RDBMS GitHub , Design pattern and any cloud technologies - 6+ years Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.- Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
