About the Role

As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technology landscape of the organization and ensuring seamless integration of applications.

Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Qualifications

Mandatory to have Mandatory Skill Related certification
15 years full time education

Required Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend, Mandatory Skill Related certification
Strong understanding of application design principles
Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications
Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
