Your typical day will involve working with the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud migration and implementation projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design applications using ServiceNow IT Service Management. Ensure the successful implementation of cloud migration and implementation projects. Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management to support the development and deployment of applications. Conduct detailed analysis of complex data sets, employing statistical methodologies and data munging techniques for actionable insights. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Servicenow Tools Administration. Strong understanding of cloud migration and implementation processes. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful cloud migration and implementation solutions.
