Must have skills : Worksoft Certify Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the applications are designed to effectively support the organization's needs and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and designing innovative solutions to enhance application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design and develop applications that meet the defined requirements and align with the organization's goals. - Create technical specifications and documentation for the developed applications. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, and provide timely resolutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance application functionality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and application design principles. - Experience in designing and developing applications using programming languages such as Java or C#. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Appium. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Worksoft Certify. - A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
